Stupid Human 'Boat' Tricks

By
Real Estate Agent with Fathom Realty West Sound WA State 52404

It doesn't usually take all that long, from the time you buy your first boat, and enjoy the all-too brief thrill of ownership, to quickly realize what an utterly 'stupid' and 'idiotic' purchasing decision you've made!

The learning curve of safe boat operation is a painful and costly succession of errors. And sometimes, it's just a comedy of errors.

To read more about my boating exploits and the seemingly endless performance of 'Stupid Human Boat Tricks,' go to SOUNDBITEBLOG.  (opens up in a seperate window)

Ahhh, the joys of boating. For those of you that have never had fresh dungeness crab I can say this much. Once you've had it, and it's swimming around in your back yard, you'll do anything you can to have it again. Even if it means providing an evening of entertainment for the locals as your boat sits on the ground during low tide.

Seriously, there is NOTHING like pulling it right out of the water and throwing it in boiling water, NOTHING!!!

I can't even eat the stuff at a restaraunt anymore, even if it was fresh there. Something about it coming right out of the sound............mmmmmm............(drooling).........mmmmm. Please Rich, stop writing about Crab. I beg of you

(I never know where to comment when you send me off to your other blog, so I made two different comments about two different subjects. Gotta get those AR points you know!!!!)

We have a bass/ski boat.  I'm pretty much a city kid so not really into the water sports so much.  The part I always hate is the ramp/launch part.  So many things can go wrong and they often do.

Linda - if there is even the most remote possibility of something going wrong, rest assured it will happen, or has happened, to US!
