There were 3 REO sales & a Kauai MLS total of 81 sales for Kauai for the month of December 2013. The figures for December 2012 are 6 sold REO listings and 94 total Kauai MLS sales. Both inventory and sales have slowed down. REO inventory has really slowed down but should be picking up in 2014 as there are more foreclosures being listed.
