I am account rep at a firm that produces exclusive verified mortgage Refi leads. We actually produce leads in many different types of buinsesses but for this website the main useful one is the refi lead.
What we do is businesses pay us to generate leads for them, How it works is they give us a geographic area they want business in, they give us some guidelines like a minimum credit score, or maybe they will specify an age group 30 to 55 it all depends, we leave that up to the consumer. We also let clients who pay us make up the script they want us to use when generating these leads. We then buy records of people who fit the criteria that you are looking for. Once all that is taken care of we have our telemarketing staff start calling these leads until we get enough to reach the order that you want. If you want 25 leads it would probably take 3 weeks, and we would send you those leads as we get them. Our leads our interest verified, what I mean by that is we gauge their interest in the product that the company is going to pitch them. We aren't going to send anyone who doesn't want a refi to our Lo's, if we did then the LO would get a replacement lead. We guarantee the quality of our leads.
