Sehome Neighborhood shares it's neighborhood Western Washington University and hosts an Arboretum in a beautiful location. While Bellingham has several pockets of historical homes in various parts of town, Sehome hosts the cities only official Historical District. The neighborhood sits on the side of a hill sloping towards the north and many homes have views of downtown and Puget Sound. The are consists mainly of single family homes and a few condominiums. These are a mixture of owner occupied homes and college rentals. This are has great access to both downtown and Western Washington University (WWU). Currently, Jan 2014 there's only 1 home for sale in this Bellingham neighborhood and it's a fixer priced a5 $180K. In 2013, 17 homes sold in the Sehome Neighborhood of Bellingham. Sold Prices ranged from $179,000 to $601,000. The Average Sold Price was $309,954 and the Median Sold Price was $305,000. The Average Price per square foot was $175.07/sq.ft.
