Share Your New Year's Resolutions

We recently sent out a survey to all of the members of ActiveRain. In the survey we asked two simple questions:

What is your 2014 real estate new year's resolution
What is your 2014 personal new year's resolution

This weekend I will be take your answers and compile them. Then next Wednesday, January 9th at 10am Pacific time (1pm Eastern) I will share the most popular answers with you in a Market Leader Power Hour call to kick off the Market Leader Power Hour schedule for 2014.

My goal with sharing this information with you is to show you how your peers are preparing for a successful 2014. We all start the new year with the best intentions for making our business more successful in the coming year. But what kind of resolutions will actually help you improve your business? That's what you are going to tell us in this short survey. And that's what I'll be sharing with you on the webinar.

In December of 2012 i decided 2013 would be my best listing year.

It was. 23 listings. But I didnt compensate myself enough.

So for 2014 i plan to concentrate on pricing them right, and moving them quickly.
