Winter Comes to Prospect CT
We're early into 2014, and before we can get a jump into the new year's business, Mother Nature has made her presence known. We got 8 inches of snow here in Prospect CT overnight.
It's been cold so it was light to move, and tonight we're heading into record lows, as cold as 10 below expected. But there is a welcome thought to today.
We only have 77 more days until Spring.

Hi Ed... we're going to have below zero temps that exceed 10 below.... oh, how I hate the cold....
Hi Ed - I shoveled for 2 hours today - and then I was roasting! Not so bad if you work hard enough! We'll see what it's like in the morning....

Hi Ed, since I last saw you, I've become a new "mommy"... of a 5-month old puppy! The snow was bad enough, but today's icy conditions proved quite a challenge to convincing "Skipper" that his bathroom is outside!!! Counting down, 75 days!
Ed, there is some wicked cold weather coming your way. We have had a couple weeks of sub-zero weather, yet only 14" of snow so far this year. Stay warm!
