The update for MEZZO, the ten loft style condo community under construction on 12th Street just north of Osborn in midtown Phoenix, is that it should be completed in late May. These have contemporary styling, exposed block walls outside, gated community, private garages and an eco-friendly community garden instead of a swimming pool. WeKnowUrban hopes to run a tour through the condominiums in June. Stay tuned.

This project is pretty much Laloma 5 times two. If you enjoy Will Bruder's view on multi family this may be your thing. The area is somewhat blighted and is an island so the urban slant doesn't quite work here. However, they have priced these very well and hopefully they will find happy, Will Bruder'ish modern home buyers.
