That compares with 2012 when 510 Single family homes sold in 2012. Of those the most expensive was $870,000. The Average home price was $388,591 with 1,603 Sq. ft. of living space.
Less homes for sale but higher prices. The average Days on the market was 78 days in 2012 compared to 50 days in 2013.
Currently there are 40 Single Family homes for sale in La Mirada.
