Myrtle Beach Real Estate is cyclical just like the economy. It can not be all highs with no lows. The economy has 4 parts to its cycle they are the peak, the decline, the bottom, and the incline. In other words, what goes up must come down. I hear a lot of comments in the Real Estate market of doom and gloom.
If we look at the economic trends along with Real Estate market trends, we can realize that what may seem like a "bad market" for some people is the same market that "big" Real Estate Investors have bought the properties that made them millions.
