I posted a blog a while back, What is a Short Sale? I also posted this article on my Idaho Real Estate site where it was spotted by a prospective client today!

Not only did they find my article, but they recognized me from a Dale Carnegie class we attended together over a year ago! So, he put the two together & told his wife to call me today to help them sell their home!

Utilizing current keywords in the titles of your blogs and web articles can certainly make the difference for SEO and your business!
