Good feelings are meant to be shared with others and may create a ripple affect, inspiring them to continue to carry on, to further spread happy thoughts through simple gestures such as...

Sending a card
Buying a friend lunch
Baking some cookies
Phoning a relative
Or just sharing a S-M-I-L-E!
