Build A Life Focused On Your Happiness.

The noun part comes into your choices with creating the SETTING adding in the people, places, and things. First off in your mind you have to KNOW what makes you happy. Second, you have to insert those three items into the picture. Third, you have to defend that happiness with all your might from negative influences.

The first part of knowing what makes you happy requires some serious quiet meditation. The second part adding the people and pets, the area you want to live and why or places to travel to, and the WHAT makes up the things that make you happy.... things you do, things you work toward, events you participate in, the NON-PEOPLE parts of your happiness. They do say happiness is an inside attitude part that you can carry everywhere....

BUT don't ignore that people, places, things part of the picture either, as it will make your spirit SOAR together with that inside part.

Lastly DEFEND your happiness from many negative influencers that bring you down, people who hurt you constantly, dream destroyers, anything that the opposite of you soaring crushes your spirit. You will NOT be happy with the destroyers. It is the opposite of building.

Leap to another new beginning for you starting off the year, and "FEEL" the happiness...
