US Markets All Advance for First Time in 2014

After opening the new year with three consecutive losing session, stocks, which have not opened a new year with four consecutive clunkers in decades, moved ahead strongly today.  Tomorrow the ADP jobs report will be released.  This sometimes suspect report could move markets as could the release of the minutes of the December 18 Fed Open Market Meeting.  The Dow closed up 105 points today.
