Excellence is an On-Purpose Activity
“The secret of joy in work is contained in one word –
excellences. To know to do something well is to enjoy it.”
Pearl Buck 1892 – 1973, Winner of both the Pulitzer
and Nobel Prize for her writing
As I see it . . . . . . .
Excellence is an on-purpose activity
Excellence is an on-purpose activity . . . . we can’t talk our way into excellences . . . . we can’t hope our way to excellence . . . . and excellences doesn’t happen by accident.
Excellence is a philosophy . . . . and is deeply rooted in yours personal standards on the way you conduct yourself . . . . and a self-expectation.
Excellence is not a destination . . . . Excellence is achieved in the striving to perform at a high level of competency. . . . along with the commitment to become better today then you were yesterday.
When you’re operating in the excellence zone . . . . you will enjoy what your doing . . . . and it becomes a labor love.
Excellence is an on-purpose activity . . . . and your excellence will reach the level of your commitment to achieve it.
