When is the market going to pick up?

On Sunday I sponsored the Art Festival in my city, and I was faced with this question When do you think the real estate market is going to pick up? I frankly answered it the same way when they were asking me when the bubble is going to burst? I always said I am sorry I forgot my Crystal ball at home, or my crystal ball is broken I can't tell you. The reality of it if the real estate market picks up today are going to sell or buy? and what is really stopping you? if you are buying you are buying a bargain, dose it matter if you don't make your maximum profit? if you are upside down in your home then yeah you need to wait till the market turns around but let's admit it It is a great time to buy!!!

The only thing we need to see in a crystal ball is when peoples attitude will change. Who said "the only thing we have to fear is fear itself?" The American public needs to change it's attitude. If we believe in doom and gloom that's what we are going to get. So the next time somebody asks me a question like that I'm going to tell thme to turn off the news and get out into the world - it's all good.
