Slim Pickings in Sacramento Means It's a Good Time to List a Home

By
Real Estate Agent with Elizabeth Anne Weintraub, Broker DRE #00697006

I finally finished my thoughts that were gathering yesterday when I examined the state of the real estate market in Sacramento and then got sidetracked by my own success story. Woooo, look at what I did in 2013, and then I completely became absorbed in the day's activities, talking to sellers who want to list a home in Sacramento. I'm not that different than anybody else. Shiny objects and big awards can distract.

But unlike some, I get back to business fairly quickly. You can read about the Sacramento real estate market and its utterly peculiar nuances in my personal blog today. I think you will be astonished. Go ahead, click on: The State of Sacramento Real Estate Right Now.

Home Ownership is w/in Reach. We Make it Happen!

Hi Elizabeth. I did click the link which led me to your local market report. Sacramento has significant Christian meaning if translated in Spanish.

What I like about local market report is that it certainly proves that each market is unique and the market report has to be delineated accordingly for accuracy.

Thanks for sharing your market report.

So after following you for some time now I can see you have a type A personality (so do I).  Don't know what you did in 2013 but 2014 is going to be a banner year.

Elizabeth, sounds like your market is still experiencing low inventory, and a great time to give you a call to get homes on the market!

Put 40 years of experience to work for you

Hi Maria: I believe Sacramento was named after the river and valley, which derived its name from the Eucharist.

Hi James, I may have been called many things in my life and Type A is definitely one of those things.

Hi Conrad: Here we call it inventory and not absorption when it's two months. Absorption rate would be a percentage.

Hi Joan: It's a little embarrassing to admit to a seller that her home will probably quickly sell if simply for no other fact than she has zero competition.
