Today I'm spending some time selling a home in the community of Briarwyck in Roanoke. The client is a valued and treasured repeater client allowing me to assist in their purchase of new construction. I'm super pumped! Really really like this client and this community.
Briarwyck is beautiful! The lot we want basically goes deep into the woods behind it. The layout they are shooting for is like no other I've ever sold upstairs with several very unique and stylish spaces for media, gaming and the coolest kid study hall area ever. Since Mom doesn't let them study or watch TV in their rooms... this is... well... so much better, Mom!
The beauty of this community is it's convenient to 114, located in Northwest ISD, a highly sought after school system, and they are pretty! Since Mom carts to three different schools, this is a convenient, yet, quiet spot to call home. The homes are beautiful! They are energy-star certified. And you know what makes it really really special? The people they have onsite to help... winner! Cort, the sales staff onsite, found out his pipe at home was frozen before we arrived (was the 3rd person that day to tell me they were being challenged with the cold weather) and while we were there he got the call the frozen pipe busted! He calmly got us everything we needed and set us up for a follow up showing in the event he was away... It's one thing to have a nice product to sell, it's another thing dealing with the calm, cool pros who are selling. Meritage - you nailed it on all accounts!
We will be back today to see what we can workup. I'm very excited! Let's do this!
