I needed to get some Thank You postcards out, I’ve been a little behind. It’s not that I don’t appreciate the work that I’ve had, I’ve just been really busy. I think that I need to change my priorities a little, repeat and referral business is a good thing to maintain. That, mixed with a steady effort for new clients, will likely be a better working model.
Being the entrepreneur is so demanding on all of our time that finding that balance to make it all work takes a great deal of effort and diligence. With experience I have learned how to better prioritize. Here's to a great year in 2014.
Tom, This reminds me of the expression "take care of the hands that feed you" or something like that. There is only so much one person can do. I know you will make the time to get the thank you notes out!

I sent a stack out just now Kathleen, I really do appreciate those clients. I get hit with a sense of gratitude when writing those postcard; that alone is worth the effort. :)
Hi Tom... I impressed...We have never gotten a thank you from a contractor and we have used them for years... what a wonderful thing to do... in fact Rich just met with one of our contractors tonight and I'm going to share your post with him... :-)
