When people think ski vacations and ski condos they often want something that is no hassle, wake up and walk out the front door to ski.
There is currently a nice selection of ski-in/ski-out condominiums at Park City Mountain Resort that fit this criteria.
These range from units right at the Resort Plaza like Park City Village, Resort Center, Village Loft, Silver Mill House and Marsac Mill Manor to Silver King and Shadow Ridge in the parking lot area. Their are also three two bedroom units remaining at the Lowell, all around the $1 million dollar price point that are not currently listed on the MLS but are available.
Snow Flower is another great project located just next to the First Time, Three Kings and Eagle chairs and Crescent Ridge just above, rounds out the selections that are ski-in/ski-out here.
Current pricing for listed condos ranges from $159,000 for a 357 square foot Park City Village studio in the resort center to $695,000 for a 1,670 square foot 3 bedroom/3 bath Resort Center condo. There are also the three large 2 bedroom condos at The Lowell for around $1 million each.
There are currently 19 condos for sale in this area with three currently pended and 16 having sold within the preceding 12 months, illustrating that though this segment of the market is still in a buyers market, that is changing as ski condos have continued to strengthen over the past 6-9 months.
These condos are walking distance from anything in town especially over the summer months. It is about 15 minutes from the Resort Center to Main Street at a leisurely pace.
As an owner here you are also either right on the bus route or a few minutes walk from the nearest bus stop. As a reminder these city buses are free year round and will take you anywhere you want to go.
Park City Mountain Resort is also the epicenter of summertime activities in Park City with several zip lines, 4 alpine slides, a children's play area, miniature golf and a lift served trail system that connects to the rest of the trail system throughout town.
