Just SOLD! Lot in Harbor Point

Woo Hoo! I just closed on this single lot that is located across the street from the water in Harbor Point subdivision on Lake Livingston.

Many real estate agents in our area will not list lots as they feel that they are too much work -- and the odds that they will sell are just too low.

Odds don't mean much to this working girl! While it is true that lots typically take a long time to sell, the fact is -- you can't sell it if it is not on the market!

Congrats on closing the sale. I love vacant land listings as there are no tenants, no structures (usually), no repairs needed and no termite inspections, and things generally go pretty smoothly. You don't need to hold any open houses, and sellers are more relaxed about how long it sits. Plus it's usually a cash buyer.

I hope you can get some more to sell!
