Assisted sales a Final Walk Through and an Inspection

The agenda for the day is an inspection of 153 Oneta Road, Irondequoit, New York 14617 and a final walk through of 3206 E Foster Street, Palmyra, New York 14522.

These assisted sales were to a first time buyer and a divorcing Father.

The first time buyer is esthetic and the other is happy to be not renting any longer.

I thought it was funny how similar the properties and the mind set of the buyers.

As it is a decent start to the year it is time for the phone calls to begin and the second pot of coffee.
