The 2013 real estate market for single family homes in Fairburn 30213 was quite remarkable.  Fairburn saw lots of new construction in throughout 2013 in existing subdivisions where activity had stopped during the down turn of 2009.  As a result of the new construction, average home prices shot up dramatically.

The average home price for a single family home in Fairburn 30213 in January was around $99,000.  In Deember the average home price was $153,000.  That is a 54% increase from the beginning of 2013 to the end of 2013.  And while we may see a slight dip in the average single family home price as we work through the beginning of Winter, I fully expect the average home price for single family homes in Fairburn 30213 will continue to increase in 2014.

Fairburn 2013 Market Report

Again it is new construction that is pushing the increase in single family home prices in Fairburn 30213.  The jump is good news for resales in those subdivisions where the construction is happening because the homeowners will have comparables to use in the event they decide to list their home for sale.
