On the third floor, the loft overlooks the living room and there is an ottoman that opens to a twin size bed. The large dining room is surrounded by windows and is equiped with an antique oak table and chairs. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, it's own private bathroom with a jacuzzi tub, while the small terrace opens from this room with wooded views. The second bedroom has an antique double size bed, the third bedroom has a queen size bed and the room opens directly onto the house's wrap around deck.

Linens are included, all cotton sheets, seasonal cotton blankets and down comforters are available. All bedrooms have a alarm clock/CD player. There is a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board. The downstairs family room has a second TV with satellite hookup and DVD / VHS player and plus DVD 's and VHS tapes. A futon opens to another double bed. There is a fully equipped kitchen with icemaker/refrigeration, dishwasher, stove, microwave, coffeemaker, blender and toaster, Fiestaware dishes, pots, pans and utensils.

The deck has patios sets adirondack chairs and is sunny all day. There is a small barbeque area, and a 5-person hot tub.

The house is part of a private association that has a swiming area with picnic grouds with a scenic waterfall.
