A total of 66 home sales contracts have closed in the last 6 months at the Apple Valley Lake in Knox County Ohio with a median sold price of $123,700.  Breaking it down, we notice that the $100K - $150K price range contains the highest number of sold listings.  There are two primary reasons this is the hottest price range, affordability and this price range offers the highest level of available listings to choose from.  The higher price ranges especially the Apple Valley Lakefront and waterfronts sell extremely well but they are obviously higher valued and the inventory for these types of homes is in short supply.
