Control But Don't Press

We don't know where the next piece of business will come from, therefore, we try to control everything. That will cause you a lot of stress, you will find that you don't have all the control. So as it states relax, breathe, let go and just live. When we have multiple clients we are working with, buyers and sellers.
Control what you can and solve what you cannot. Let the buyer and sellers share in problem solving after all it is their transaction.
We have inspectors, agents on the other side of the transaction, escrow officers, docs to sign life can be hectec. Remember to keep your head and allow yourself space and time to think.
