We are in our 8th month of highlighting Rainers. This week we are getting to know some of the newer Members in the Rain. It is not only about points but it is about time and how long they have been around. So sit back and get to know some of our newer Members form 2013. Eric Galuppo has a service, Real Estate Rev, to help real estate agents develop their own leads. He has worked with large lead generation company and decided to help to stop buying their leads and start generating their own. This allows the agents to keep more of the commission and have more control over their own businesses. He joined the Rain in November 2013. Eric participated in the December challenges and I was impressed with his posts. He has written a fine post about How to Get New Listings Every Year from Your Dead Leads. This is just a taste of what he can offer. I think we are in for some dynamic ideas and tips from Eric's blogs. He may be able to help some of us Rainers increase our businesses. Next we have Ann Zieve from Eden UT and Keller Williams Success Realty. Ann comes with lots of experience in owning 170 properties since 2002. She tells her clients that she will pass on her secrets of finding the best deals and getting the most money out of their homes. Ann has been a steady blogger since February 2013. She also entered the December challenge and shared here big deal story. She has a unique approach to get and win clients. Who wouldn't want to be in on the secrets of how to have successful real estate transactions? She works hard for each client just as if she was a partner in the deal with them. Ann's short-sale team touts an 85% success rate negotiating with attorneys. Now that is impressive. We are so glad she is part of the Rain and sharing her expertise about the market with us. I now want to introduce Alex Popovic. Alex works in the Phoenix AZ area with RE/MAX Omni consultants. His experience is widespread from residential to land to large commercial deals. He immigrated in 1986 to the US and eventually join the United States Marine Corp and served in Special Operations. He opened his own security and risk management company after 9/11 and ran it for almost 10 years. Alex is multi-lingual speaking English, Serbian, Croatian, Bosnian and Russian. He started blogging in September 2013. He is one Rainer to watch and see soar. Alex also entered the December challenge and wrote a very impressive "Me Agreement" post.
