Musings of a Realtor...a week in review

It's that RI Realtor Again

Brokers Price Opinion...BPO...oh, I've done those before this will be easy...lo & behold, squatters in the house and not going near that front door...then the Valuation company just installed a new program that has lots of bugs & nothing was coming out to the price I said it should! Ok, I got my vendor manager to push it through...can't say this was the best $5/hour job I ever had...lesson learned in RI real estate.

Freezing pipes in a client's home that went away for the week and turned the heat down too low. Probably an area the contractor forgot to insulate...just love warming pipes with hot rags!

Lots of calls on home market evaluations...some want to list at 2005 prices and some hear the Viking call that the here and now price will work better.

Where are my for sale signs on some listings? I found one thrown in the back bushes on a vacant home and the other one is probably in a dorm room!

Too many 8 p.m. dinners...and cooking late..crock pot delights and earlier call it quit times in order.

Thank goodness it is a new week now!
