SPEECHLESS SUNDAYS | 365 MILES IN 365 DAYS
On January 1, 2014 I joined a Facebook Group started by Carra Riley called “365 Miles in 365 Days”.
The purpose is for those that are invited and join is to walk, ride a bike or use their treadmill by going a minimum of a mile a day for 365 days.
I joined so I’m accountable to others and walking a mile every day, I also take a photo of the trail I go walking on...It’s amazing how being accountable gets you off the computer or couch and go for your daily walk, ride or treadmill.
Here is a photo of a trail in Saanich I walked in the rain through yesterday.
Each day we all post in Carra’s group about what we did that day, walking, riding a bike or on our treadmill.
When possible I’ve tried to go to different places and capture the walk with a photo with my iPhone 5.

Last Sunday, was Spring Time in the Winter here, I walked for almost two hours in the Sunshine down and along Victoria’s Popular Dallas road waterfront.
Thanks Carra Riley for getting us out and walking, riding or on our treadmill and doing a mile a day everyday for 365 days.
