It’s the staff working together without all that “petty” backstabbing kind of stuff that happens at most offices. It's the staff that remains faithful and loyal to those who work around them - making us their first priority as much as they possibly can. It’s the chocolate cake.
It’s the staff working hard to help all the Agents evenly and fairly. It’s knowing that the leads that you have spent so much time and money on to produce will be sent directly to you. It’s the chocolate cake.
It’s knowing that the Boss is in the office and available to offer his support and advice wherever and whenever you need him. It’s having a Boss who
shows so much consideration for others that before he leaves the office
he asks if you need anything while he's out. The Great Boss who’s always
got the coffee on and a nice Danish for every meeting or planned event.

It’s being staffed 9-5, 7 days a week so there is someone there to answer
the phone for our clients – giving them the all-important personal touch and saving them from enduring another one of those “recorded nightmares.”
