The Anchorage does allow pets for owners and guests.

Where is The Anchorage and what does it look like?

Located in the heart of Shelter Cove but tucked away from the hustle and bustle, The Anchorage buildings are two stories with stucco exteriors. They have pleasant railings and balconies. There are parking spaces underneath at ground level and there are storage cabinets there as well. Because The Anchorage is located in Shelter Cove, you are also a property owner at Palmetto Dunes. Annual homeowner association dues for condo owners are a reduced rate of $967 rather than the full $1221 for homeowners on the Palmetto Dunes side of Highway 278.

An Overview of Shelter Cove

Shelter Cove is on the west side of Highway 278 close to Shelter Cove Harbour and Marina. Besides the beautiful boats that are anchored in the marina, there are lots of opportunities to take a boat out to fish, or to rent a kayak, or jet ski to enjoy Broad Creek. In the Shelter Cove Harbour itself there are lots of restaurants and shops. Every Tuesday in the season, entertainment is provided at the pavilion and fireworks burst over Shelter Cove. The new Kroger Town Center is within walking distance and makes getting groceries a snap.
