I have an opportunity to propose a marketing plan to a current client (spec builder) who is finishing a home in the $2.8M range in California. Does anyone have any great luxury marketing resources and/or advice for me? I am scouring the web for ideas and resources. Thanks in advance.

Sure is called spending allot of money and wait for a buyer...

I'm just being a little funny, local market is still your best bet when marketing in CA, in my area is mostly out to N.Y and Philly, both close to us... Just do your best, get them a nice website, a blog, and make every add in magazines very unique and with Luxury accents.....

Good luck....

Thanks, Leo. I get the "spending a lot of money part!" Sometimes I think 3 $400K listings is better than the 1 $1.2M listing! Less pampering! I will do my best...thank you so much for your insights!
