Most expensive homes sold during 2013 in the DC area
When families are relocated to the Metro Area of Washington, DC, one of the common comments is that the home prices are higher than they expected. Many seek suburban locations for more affordable housing selections.
This week, The Washington Post published an article on the most expensive homes that were sold in the area during 2013. The highest price in the District was $8.6 million, the highest price in northern Virginia was $12 million and the highest price in Maryland $5.9 million. These prices are a bit above the price ranges for most of us but it is fun to see the pictures.
