The median sales price of closed sales last year was $1,519,171, that was $411 per square foot. They were available on the market for 13 days, on the average and were sold for about 102% of the median list price. One of the properties was a short sale (7973 Paragon Circle).
Laguna Oaks remains one of the most in demand neighborhoods in Pleasanton, with large, well-appointed homes on large lots. It has outstanding HOA facilities, with a large pool & spa, clubhouse, and tennis courts. It also offers excellent commuter access to BART and both I-680 & I-580.
