Weather reporting would not be my strong point but if I may put on the blue blazer and step in front of the green screen - here is my intro:

NOAH would have been impressed with the 5.5 - 6" of rain the N. Texas and DFW area received yesterday - all day from sunrise to sunset...

Here are some pictures from Wylie, TX that show the wonderful start to spring that we are going to have!!!

and another view of the normally empty creek area seperating Birmingham Farms neighborhood into two parts:

The rain was great news for Wylie residents and a wonderful start to the Spring season - Lake Lavon needs replenishment and I personally am ready for some green grass and flowers already!

If you have not made it out to visit Wylie, TX or the surrounding Farmersville, Parker, Murphy area then make it point to come out for one of the numerous attractions!

If you would like a Tour Guide - give me a call!  If you have real estate needs then contact me as I have several knowledgeable and great contacts in the area that you should get to know!

I work on referral basis so please send your family, friends, clients and anyone in between to me for all their mortgage related needs!

HAVE A GREAT and SUNNY DAY!

Nice photos, but the rain comes and goes quickly.  We didn't get nearly enough here in the Hill Country.  I know some places got too much though.  Hope it's sunny today in Wylie.:)

We didn't get that much rain here outside of Houston. It looked bad. The wind blew a lot but as far as inches....I'd say we didn't get too much because when we do it's hard to drive down my road and it wasn't. My front yard isn't very level and ends up looking like your last picture after a good rain. I plan on working on that this summer.

Ricki - it was sunny the next day and actually I'm basking in some pretty decent sun here in West Texas (Friona, TX - more cattle than people per square mile)...I'm envious of all Hill Country folks - you guys have it made!

Cheri' - thanks for stopping by and good luck with that driveway - sounds like a task!

Hi Nathan,

Congratulation on being named in the Top Ten Texas Roundup! I love the photos. I wish you guys would send a little more rain to the Southwestern section of Dallas county. I will be in McKinney showing homes tomorrow. You have a beautiful city!
