The Real Estate Industry has changed something fierce in the last 29 years in Waukesha County Real Estate. From technology to technique to communication to closings and paperwork. I've been here all this time and I am not going anywhere real soon if I can help it. When I started in this Industry almost 3 decades ago one would come into the office , grab their set of weekly MLS books and tear them into sections for their buyers. There was an addition of a dot matrix printer at one time that typed out the MLS sheets from the MLS on a BORIS system, and to top it off there was a desk phone that went from dial to keys. I was thinking that was technology. Was I in for a rude awakening. I remember the day I got my Uniden bag phone (cell phone) . It was the size of a regular phone, it was in a large leather bag, and it was the the size of a shoe box. The phone was 3 watts, and when you were done talking the phone and your ear was hot. Things have changed quite a bit since that day. They say if the airplane Industry had grown as fast as the electronic and communication Industry did we would have been on the moon the day after the Wright brothers flew there plane.
With all the technology at our disposal and the dramatic increases in just about every direction in Waukesha County Real Estate and Lake Country Real Estate it takes awhile to get a firm grasp on all the tools available and are at the hands of real estate agents in Waukesha County Wisconsin the fundamental basics and solid communication are still what works best. It doesn't have to be a bag phone or email; sometimes just talking one on one gets it all accomplished.
