Are you having trouble starting or maintaining
your blog on ActiveRain©?
What I have found is balance in blogging is the key:
- Submit some Localism posts about the area you
serve, programs and services you give to differnatiate
you from others out there. - Enter posts about things that happen in your
every day expieriences as a real estate professional....
let people (potential clients) SEE how you do business. - Pull back the veil of your personal world "just a little"
and let people see your heart.
Here are some examples of posts on consistency in blogging
and what you can reap as a reward:
- Blogger Startup Kit by Brad Andersohn
- "How to Balance Your Blog" - Blog Tips for Raindrips by Rich Jacobson
- Do You Want to be the "Featured Member" in your Area? by Brad Andersohn
- How To Add Some Depth To Your AR Posts - FREE! by Jeff Turner
ALL of the above mentioned posts can be found at The ActiveRain Help Page,
a GREAT resource for punching up your blog posts and helping YOU to GROW
your readership.
You WILL get business for blogging, MANY of us in the network
HAVE gotten listings, buyers, loans and a whole lot more from
just being ourselves in ActiveRain©.
Hiding behind a company logo, a "marketing scheme" or just plain
being a "robot" when you type out your blog will GET you POINTS,
but NOT readership.
PUT some of YOUR HEART into your posts and people
will reward you!
People do NOT want to hear how much you KNOW
until they see HOW MUCH YOU CARE.
Have FUN showing who you are to others and if they
like what they see, they will visit your blog over and over.
Here is what can happen if you do that:

I have about 100 people that come and read what I have to write.
NOW remember, NOT ALL of them come to read what I write every
time I enter a post, but a LOT of them do.
Just keep BEING consistent and REAL about who you are, and like
I said before, if they LIKE what you write and who you are, they
WILL COME.
