It might be me, but I love it when I see people doing very clever things. I get even more tickled when I see visionary and clever decisions being made by those who are fairly new to the business. It can be difficult that first year or two. So, when a newbie is doing smart things, I'm impressed.
Kat Palmiotti is an agent in Central Valley, NY. She is young in 
the business, but she's smart, clever and forward thinking. Recently, I noticed a tag line on her profile page that said, "The House Kat." I laughed out loud because I thought, "That is really clever."
Well, she has gone on to acquire the domain name since then, and I'm sure somewhere along the way she will have a blog or a website uploaded that introduces the world to the House Kat. Good job, Kat. I still smile every time I see that name.
