So far this year, overall home sales were at 347 homes sold, a 24% change from this time last year. New Sherman Texas Real Estate listings changed -2% for the same period last year with 48 homes listed this month. So far this year, ovferall home listings underwent a 5% change with 546 homes listed. Current listings pending sale this month underwent a change of 23%, with 27 homes contracted.
