As our home buyers embark upon the journey of purchasing a home there are a few steps they need to take to get to the point of a new home search.
To ensure a smooth and happy experience, we recommend the following:
Contact a Realtor, I am a buyers and sellers agent selling homes in Red Oak, Tx, Midlothian, Tx and Waxahachie, Tx.
Get recommendations for loan officers to contact to secure a pre approval for a home loan.
Contact the loan officer of their choice and work with them to secure a pre approval. We suggest this step is complete prior to visiting any homes.
We are in a market currently that finds many homes on the market in multiple offers. To spare disappointment, we recommend that the pre approval is solid with a dependable lender. We want our buyers to be able to make an offer, not to have to go secure a pre approval, most likely the home will be under contract by the time they have their approval letter. This is a big let down.
Once the pre approval is secured then we can start looking and be ready to submit an offer quickly when the right home is found.
This process will shorten the time it takes for you to be able to move into a new home and make the experience so much more pleasant. Buying a home is a stressful time, we strive to make it as smooth as possible.
