Texans love their horses, and are usually more concerned about the facilities for the horses than their home. Cowboy boots, hats, and starched jeans, is the uniform for the day, and do they ever look good!

Barns, stables, a place to store hay, and if there is enough acreage to bail hay, and can apply for an agriculture exemption, and there are no city taxes if out of the city limits.

The Mesquite Rodeo has events thought out the year which are well attended by people from the entire Dallas Metroplex, and other states. Perhaps you may want to participate with your horses, it's a real Texas experience.

Sharon and Bruce, The ones with superior or thoroughbred horses have starndards of what will work for their horses.

Some buyers want horses for pleasure, perhaps a pony for the kids, and another couple of horses for the adults.

Clint, time when your are going stop by and we can coffee or cold drinks. Anyway it would be glad to finally meet you after reading your posts everyday. I have scheduled an appointment for this week with a local inspector who has done work for many of my clients.

I have a new roof and the interior is perfect, but I have no idea what may be lurking in my attic.
