We Are Seeking More Agents at Austin Texas Homes, LLC!

By
Real Estate Broker/Owner with Austin Texas Homes, LLC 453249

As part of our plans for 2014 and beyond, I'm looking to expand our team further as we begin a new year. I figured it never hurts to spread the word via any means available to me.  With that in mind, I thought it might be a good idea to let my ActiveRain friends know that I am in recruiting mode right now. We have a new logo, revamped website, brand-new CRM (back end lead system), and I'm conducting far more training this year to help our agents generate their own leads as well.

If you're an agent who is working in Austin, and you're considering making a move, I would love the opportunity to speak with you.  If you're in another area and moving to Austin, call or email me and we can talk about the possibilities here at our company. Our splits are competitive, and we are responsive. I care about the people who work with us.

Beyond that, if you're reading this and you have a friend who may be interested, feel free to give out my contact information.  We are pretty much always open to speak with good agents and prospective agents, but I'm making a deliberate push to grow this year, so the timing is good.

We've experienced a surge in business in the past few months. We have extra leads to give that aren't getting worked to their fullest right now, from multiple online sources, including our website (www.austintexashomes.com).

I will also provide training for you on how to use blogging and other social media techniques to generate your own business. I am available to help with any questions which may arise during your transactions. In fact, agents that come to work for us are usually pleasantly surprised by this.

We have office space in northwest Austin near Spicewood Springs and Mopac, and we provide signs, lockboxes, business cards, color printing, and more. We offer very competive commission splits, and my focus is really on making our agents as successful as possible.

To see some of the qualities that I look for when I am considering a candidate, you can read my very first featured post from AR here:

View from the broker's desk - what makes a good agent?

In a nutshell, I feel that this is a pretty darn good place to work, and I think I'm among the best brokers in town with regard to my knowledge and willingness to help.  I say this with all humility, of course.  :)

Feel free to call or email me anytime to set up a time that we can get together and talk.  I look forward to hearing from you soon!
