Inventory continues to increase but at a slower rate than was true in January 2013. Home owners who may be selling their homes soon are very positive about the market. They are happy that sales have continued to rise during the fall and winter of 2013.

 

Three single family homes and 3 condos sold during the week from January 13 to January 20.  One commercial unit also sold during the week.  The sales prices ranged from $343,00 for a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo, to $856,000 for a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home on the main Island.
