Mary, this is a great market report for the Livermore area and the flagship Glacier View Meadows Subdivision.  Your sellers have to be very patient with DOM it takes to sell a home, although the number did come down compared to a year ago.

So, are the Larimore/Red Feather Lakes area Bronchos fans???

As Bruce say, this is a very good market report of Livermore and Glacier View real estate. I see overall your prices are down. Good news for buyers, but it will be interesting to see what this year brings.

Hi Jane, I think more higher priced homes sold in 2012, which scews the numbers a bit, so it just looks like prices fell. If that makes any sense!  It's nice to see you, thanks Jane.
