Today, I received an email from my office that flowers had been delivered for me. I couldn't imagine who in the world would send flowers to my office. When I got there this beautiful bouquet was waiting for me. Tom was very anxious to see who had sent me flowers.
I had written a contract with buyers over the holidays on the purchase of a new construction home. The bouquet was sent courtesy of Ryan Homes thanking me for the sale in Stream Valley. I have written many a new construction contract but this will be the first time a builder has sent flowers.
Considering I got a flat tire that night from a nail in the road, I like the guesture. Even though, I don't think it's necessary.
Do you think they send flowers to the male agents?
Whatever the case, it's nice that this builder appreciated the role I played as a Buyer's Agent. Oh and my clients were pretty happy too.
