Designing the Perfect Kitchen may be a challenge if you haven't done your homework.  The kitchen is the place where everyone is drawn to.  Most of the time when we have people over, we spend the majority of the time in the kitchen.  When designing the perfect kitchen the number one upgrade to do is install granite counter tops.  An under mount sink goes perfectly with the granite counter tops.  Lighting helps set the atmosphere of the room.  Seating is also important to think about when designing the perfect kitchen.  If you are going to spend a lot of time in this room, you want it to be comfortable.  For kitchens with a smaller space, you may think about putting in a window seat. Super cozy space saver.  If there is going to be an island, make sure it can accommodate bar stools.  For extra seating you can bring in an overstuffed chair to put in the corner.  You can never have too much seating in the kitchen!  All of these changes will help your house sell when you are ready to move.  When buyers are looking at homes the kitchen is what helps make their decision whether to buy or move on.  For optimal happiness do not cut corners when designing the perfect kitchen.Designing the Perfect Kitchen
