With so many mobile apps tying us to the various forms of social media today we deal with a lot of "virtual" people. Not that they are not flesh and blood behind their computer screens and smartphone devices but do we really know them? Sifting these "heads" over time if you spend enough time with them you may want to
Cross The Divide Into Reality.
I have talked to married folks here who met the love of their life online. Countless stories of business suspects that turned also into life long clients. Friends that were on Facebook that became later on great support systems in their own lives when they got into trouble. The decision is YOURS and obviously THEIRS as well. Don't push people if they don't respond.
Start maybe with a soft PM or Direct Message or email to them I would say prior to a phone call. People will be surprised when they hear your voice, cause often it does not sound like they imagine. Face to face meeting cross town could be easy, further distance if appropriate some day.
DO NOT FEAR your "virtual" online contacts being very significant in your life and turning REAL at some point. There's a lot of people in the world, and if you "click" with someone, have some kind of chemistry, just let life flow. Don't be STUCK in "virtual" with ones in your heart and gut you think really matter for business or support or personal ways. You never know where life will take you in this Internet age.
