Steve - Great information.  How does a realtor sign up for this?  I only saw how someone interested in obtaining home information can request that they be contacted.  Thank you for sharing.

The system is awesome. The Realtors I work with have doubled their sales. You will have to find a loan officer in your area. GMAC is one of the very few lenders that offer it... I managed to get it at my shop which is a correspondent lender (deals with every major lender)... so that's the ideal scenario. Steve, you should put that link in your sidebar... it will then show up in every post you write! Check out my blog to see the link I use.

I wish my realtors could see the benifits that I am laying at their feet! They will not work the system like it should be worked.  No contacts on a regular basis and falling off the system.  Kinda lazy.  However, you all seem to really see the awesome benifits of working hand in hand with a lender that is wanting to protect your paycheck.
