Signing on Sunday morning....

I had to get the signature from one of my clients from the hospital room.  The other client lives 10 hours away.  He is coming through Boise this weekend on his way to Sun Valley, Idaho.

I know more about my clients since the appendicites. I was told they were investors.  Perhaps they are but I also know that they bought the house so that the daughter of the people who lived far away and her parents could stay there during her last illness.  It gives me pause.  Yes it was a good investment but it was also a great act of kindness for my local client to help buy the home.  I think about how awful it would be to lose one of my children.   But I digress...

I took a deep breadth and asked the title officer if there was any way we could sign on the weekend. I explained about my client driving through Boise.  We will be signing Sunday morning and funding on Friday!  It is a cash deal so we don't have to wait on docs.

I often feel blessed that I get to meet all the people I work with.  I get to know people I never would have.   Most of my people have a story if you just stop to listen.  I suppose I do too.

Good morning Debbie.  Sounds like you're going to be working too this weekend.  I had out of state sellers sign an offer yesterday using electronic signatures.  Not sure what we did before that little feature came along.  Make it a great day my friend.

Gets the job done!

You need a notary to close.  I like electronic signatures for offers.  Last week the program goofed and we had to scan and email.
