Open Houses In Upper Marlboro

By
Real Estate Agent with Samson Properties

Searching for a house to buy in Upper Marlboro?  You’ve been on the internet, watch virtual tours, and viewed lots of pictures of homes and now you want to see what those homes really look like inside but are not sure how to make this possible.  LOOK no further.  There are over 125 homes for sale in Upper Marlboro and these homes are ready for immediate delivery.  Yes, that’s right no waiting for bank approval and many of these home are open this weekend for you to tour them in person.

Every weekend and some days during the week sellers allow their agents to show their homes to the public without you having to make an appointment to see them.  There are new homes and resale homes open for you to tour with your Realtor.

These agent-guided tours are generally available from 12pm to 4pm on Saturdays and Sundays.

You can request an open house tour with your agent and I highly encourage you to make your request as soon as possible to avoid scheduling conflicts.

When you arrive at the property, you may be given an agency disclosure form, “Understanding Whom Agents Represents.”  This form is presented to disclose whom the agent represents in the real estate transaction.  More than likely the agent hosting the open house works for the seller.  This is why it’s important that you have your agent present.

While touring the property, take notes, look in the closets and cabinets, listen to what others buyers are saying, take pictures when permitted to do so, ask questions, and please hold any criticism until after you’ve left the property.

If you would like to tour any of the property or would like more information on upcoming open houses, contact Your Realtor Denise today.
