Personally, after some time living in the same place with the same boring routine, I could use a change to spice my life up! Before reading this post I had not heard of Temecula, and now I must say that I would really like to see for myself what this place has to offer. Thanks for the great post, and I will be sure to look into Temecula some more!

I am like Angela in that before reading this post I had no idea about Temecula, but I have been wanting to move for sometime now. As it happens I am also a big sucker for top quality golf courses, which is another reason why I have taken an interest in this area as I would love to get back into the sport. Additionally, I have been having a few financial issues lately and I desperately need to move somewhere where homes are affordable, yet of course worth living in. So there are a couple of areas that I am planning on investigating further, but certainly Temecula, CA is high on the list!

Sounds like this area has quite a bit of life to it! Numerous festivals? I'm in! I am finding the currently lifelessness of the town I'm currently living in almost unbearable, and it is certainly time for a change. I like the others will do some further research into Temecula, and see what is on offer. Especially the festivals :)

Whilst I am not currently looking to move home, I know that there will come a time in the future when I may decide to move to a newer built house, and if it's affordable that would be even better! I am also intrigued by the various amenities that are on offer, which should keep me active. I will be sure to try out one of the many wineries whilst I am there.

I have kids who are currently attending primary school and I am glad to see that this location has a selection of schools for me to consider before moving. Additionally, it is a relief to see that there is plenty to do in this area, it can often be frustrating when you have kids with lots of energy, but seldom anything to do so hopefully this can change in the future.

Whilst I do find that living in an older home has its benefits, I think that it is about time that I moved to a newer made one. The main issue that I have found is that often the newer built homes are more expensive, which means that I am struggling to find anywhere that has affordable homes that are newly built. Nevertheless, hopefully Temecula will provide me with some potential homes to look at that are within my budget.

This sounds like a great place to live! My only issue is that it would cost quite a lot to move here from Seattle which is where I currently live. However, should there come a time when I need to move to a more affordable location, be assured that Temecula will be on my list.

I am from the U.K and whilst the costs of moving would be rather expensive, I think that it would be worth it when you consider the benefits of living in Temecula. I am also expected to have my first born baby soon, which also means that I may have to wait some time before I am able to move.

Ted I have the exact same issue when it comes to moving! I would love to live in an area such as Temecula, but I too am forced to wait until my child is born, which shouldn't be too long from now! Wish me luck :)

Affordable homes, great schools and golf? This place seems to have everything that ticks my boxes! I am so fed up of living where I am now, and this would give me so much breathing room from my current lifestyle. Looks like I have some research to do :)

The home prices really are not much different then here on the east coast, but the weather sure looks more appealing!
